Teaching team

The teaching team in Year 6 is Mr Parker and Miss Dawson.

To promote a love of reading and to inspire their writing, Year 6’s class author is Diana Wynne Jones. We also encourage the children to read a range of challenging texts. These include: The Spook’s Apprentice by Joseph Delaney, Archer's Goon by Diana Wynne Jones and Goodnight Mister Tom by Michelle Magorian.
