Riverside Academy - ‘Learning together, achieving excellence'.
Welcome to Riverside Academy, a primary school for children aged 3 to 11, nestling on the edge of Rugby in Warwickshire.
At Riverside Academy, children are at the heart of all that we do. Our values and ethos are based on the simple belief that learning must be exciting, engaging and memorable. Our culture is based on the development of a love of learning where a passion for discovery and investigation becomes so embedded, children will thrive for the rest of their lives.
We are a one form entry school where children can start their learning journey after the term of their 3rd birthday. Our small school enables a family type culture where all children are nurtured, known and valued by all staff.
Our rich environment on the bank of the River Avon provides a stimulating and varied environment for all types of learning. Each child works within their year base with both a classroom teacher and teaching assistant. In addition children benefit from specialist teaching in music and sport.
We recognise that all children learn at different rates and support each individual accordingly through our gifted and talented programme and Special Educational Needs provision. We work closely with a range of agencies to allow for early identification of children with individualised needs.
If you agree with our vision for primary education and would like to come and see what we do, then please contact the school office in order to arrange a visit.
